Iggy Azalea has revealed that she 'cringes' when she looks back at herself. Speaking in a new interview, the rapper, 31, confessed: 'Sometimes I look back at myself in my early twenties and I cringe. I was so blindly overconfident, it's like ''God, shut the f**k up, you didn't even know what you were talking about!''' However, despite her mild embarrassment, the Fancy hit-maker hopes her outspoken ways were 'that voice for women who didn't yet have that confidence fully developed within themselves'. Confession: Iggy Azalea, 31, has revealed that she 'cringes' when she looks back at herself in a new interview The star made the comments in a new interview with Rollacoaster magazine, in which she plugged her make-up collection with BH cosmetics. Iggy's new makeup line is called Totally Plastic and she has received positive feedback about the brand on social media. Touching again upon her early twenties, mother-of-one Iggy added: 'Imagine you're jumping off a bridge, and you don't know how high the bridge is – that's me in my early twenties.' She continued: 'I was confidently jumping off but I didn't know how far the fall was or what I was jumping into.' Candid: The rapper confessed: 'Sometimes I look back at myself in my early twenties and I cringe' Cover interview: The star made the comments in a new interview with Rollacoaster magazine, in which she plugged her make-up collection Totally Plastic Iggy also seemed to confirm comments she made earlier this year about taking a break from music. 'I don't have a record deal so there's no obligation for me to release another album,' she said. 'And I don't have any intention to come back right now because there's so many other things that I want to do.' Iggy added: 'My intention may change as I change, but right now I don't see that happening.' She added: 'Imagine you're jumping off a bridge, and you don't know how high the bridge is – that's me in my early twenties' Iggy released her final album for the foreseeable future in August. Aptly titled End Of An Era, the hit-maker explained the inspiration behind some of the album's songs while talking to the magazine. 'Sex on the Beach is one of those songs where it's like ''I had a one night stand, but I really love this moment and this person''', she revealed. And then Good Times With Bad People was put right after that because you can have this moment with someone where you meet them, have sex and it's so magical, but then you wake up the next morning and you're like, ''who the f**k is this person? I don't even really like them. Oh God, please don't call me! Goodbye!''' Well received: Iggy's new makeup line is called Totally Plastic and she has received positive feedback about the brand on social media As for the cosmetics line itself, Yannis Rodocanachi, CEO of BH Cosmetic, gushed: 'Totally Plastic was completely Iggy's vision. 'She came up with the theme and really assumed the role of Creative Director for this collection. She led the way in terms of creativity – she gave us the ideas and we made them happen. 'We ran every asset by her for approval from POS merchandising sheets to Instagram content – everything.' She added: 'It was very exciting for us to create the Totally Plastic line because Iggy pushed us to innovate with this collection and create items that didn't already exist.' Iggy has been on tour with fellow rapper Pitbull this past year, and last month discussed how she juggles work with being a single mother. Iggy, who shares 16-month-old son Onyx with ex-boyfriend Playboi Carti, told a fan on Twitter she'd been sleep deprived for 'over a year'.
