Ed Sheeran made the most of his self-isolation stint coming to an end as he enjoyed dinner at Viet Populaire in London on Thursday.

The singer, 30, contracted Covid-19 last month and had been forced to isolate with his daughter Lyra, 14 months, who also tested positive for the virus.

It couldn't have come at a worse time for the Shivers singer, who is in the midst of promoting his new album, so he wasted no time getting out of the house once his isolation period came to an end.

Ed recorded an appearance on The Jonathan Ross show earlier in the week before heading out again for a dinner on Thursday.

The singer  showcased his trendy sense of style in a tan shearling jacket and baggy dark grey Stone Island trousers during the outing.

Wearing a pale pink T-shirt beneath the number, he had styled his ginger tresses into a tousled hairdo and donned a black face mask.

Strolling through the city in a pair of white-and-brown trainers featuring pink laces, the singer was flanked by a pair of burly bodyguards.

Ed recently announced he will perform on Saturday Night Live after catching Covid last month.

The Brit Award winner completed his quarantine period after testing positive and has so been cleared to take to the stage for the show's November 6 broadcast, which will be hosted by Succession star Kieran Culkin.

He took to Instagram on Tuesday to inform his followers that he's 'had the all-clear' and has now been released from isolation.

The songwriter wrote: 'Posting this pic to say I'm released from
