The 40-year-old socialite and bride-to-be was seen spending time with her partner in various locations while Justin Bieber's track Anyone played in the background.
Hilton also wrote a short message that read: 'The best two years of my life in 20 seconds…The most amazing thing is that with you, the best is yet to come. #ParisInLove 5 more days to go! 11/11.'
