Ed Sheeran has revealed that despite being one of the most famous musicians on the planet, there are only three fellow artists 'that actually root for me'.
Speaking in a new interview, the Shape Of You singer, 30, said: 'In terms of people that actually root for me and want me to win... I know so many artists who, whenever I win, scoff, and actually actively want me to fail.'
Touching upon the October release of his new album Equals, he added: 'It's Stormzy, the producer Fraser T Smith, Dave and Elton John who all sent emails about the album.'

Speaking on rappers Chuckie Online and Poet's podcast Halfcast, Ed elaborated: 'So many artists actively want me to fail. But they would never tell me, I just know. I hang around with people and I hear things.'
Ed was quick to heap praise on rapper Stormzy, 28, with whom he has collaborated with twice in the past.
