Tammy Hembrow appeared to confirm she has sole custody of the two children she shares with ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins during an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday.

The Gold Coast influencer, who shares Saskia, five, and Wolf, four, with Reece, was asked if she looks after her children full-time, after Reece relocated to the U.S. in July to live with his wife London Goheen and their eight-month-old baby Stone.

'Do you look after Wolf and Sass full-time now?' one fan asked, to which Tammy simply responded: 'Yes.'

Tammy, 27, who is in a long-term relationship with restaurateur Matt Poole, 32, also spoke about raising her two young children.

'My kids are quite a good age, and actually really well-behaved,' she said. 'I'll bring Sass to a lot of my [work] meetings when Wolf is at school as she only goes a couple of days a week.

'Also having family around to help. My mum will help babysit.'
