The 31-year-old former Bachelorette appeared on Instagram on Saturday morning to update her nearly two million followers on her health status.
It came after she shared a preliminary post Friday announcing she was back home and resting up.

Sharing a selfie in a green sweatshirt and clear-rimmed eyeglasses she wrote, 'I'm home and resting up. Sorry for scaring so many of you.'
She said she was going to take a nap and follow up soon after, and she thanked fans for their 'loving messages.'
Around 9 a.m. Saturday, the dark-haired beauty shared several Instagram Story video clips in which she explained everything that's been going on with her.
'Hello, good morning,' she greeted her followers. 'Oh my gosh, I'm finally feeling somewhat decent.'

The California-born beauty made one thing clear at the top of her monologue: 'No. one, I don't want you guys to think this had anything to do with the marathon because it actually doesn't.'
She noted that she'd recovered well in the days after the marathon, and that the stomach pain that landed her in the hospital kicked up later.
'Monday and Tuesday was the bulk of my pain from the marathon, but on Wednesday I was wearing heels and I truthfully was feeling great,' Tayshia said into the camera.
