Britney Spears will be receiving support to aid in her decision making  as she transitions to a post-conservatorship life according to a new report.

According to a legal filing obtained by People on Tuesday, the 39-year-old pop star's former conservator Jodi Montgomery  revealed that she will be aided by a 'care plan' or termination plan developed by Montgomery along with Spears' medical team.

The publication reports that the legal paperwork which was submitted to the court prior to the November 12 hearing in which her conservatorship was terminated explains that the care plan is in 'regard to Ms. Spears' ongoing needs and best interests — just those outside of a conservatorship.

'Ms. Montgomery would like to ensure that there are guidelines in place for supportive decision-making to help her adjust and transition to life outside of the conservatorship.'

Spears has seemingly been enjoying her newfound freedom as she shared snaps of herself wearing a white cropped top on her Instagram on Tuesday.

A day prior, TMZ had reported that Montgomery wants that 'post-conservatorship plan' hidden from Britney's father Jamie Spears.

The plan is said to contain sensitive information about her medical history, her two sons Sean and Jayden, and her business interests and finances.

Per the report, Montgomery wishes to circulate the information to the judge and Britney's lawyer Mathew Rosengart, but not to her father Jamie Spears or anyone else.

Montgomery writes in the documents: 'From the history of this case, it is no secret that Ms. Spears has had a contentious relationship with her family, especially her father, Mr. Spears.'

Adding: 'Given the history of this case, it is clear that Ms. Spears does not want her medical or other privacy rights invaded by her father or any other party in this conservatorship case.'

A Los Angeles judge ordered an end to the conservatorship that has controlled Britney's life - and $60 million fortune - for the past 13 years on Friday.
