Australian singer Tones and I has come a long way from her days of busking in the streets of Byron Bay.
The pop star, best known for her No. 1 single Dance Monkey, has now accrued a property portfolio across Australia and the U.S. worth at least $11.9million.
That figure is in addition to the 28-year-old's estimated net worth of $6million.

Before finding fame, she slept in her van and started out busking on the streets of Melbourne and Byron Bay.
It was during her days as a street performer that she met talent manager Jackson Walkden-Brown.
Tones eventually hit the big time with her second single, Dance Monkey, which was released in May 2019 and topped the charts in 30 countries.
