The This Morning host, 59, was also joined by their two daughters Molly, 28, and Ruby, 25, at the new eatery Luciano at the Hotel ME in London.
The former couple, who would have been together 28 years in March, separated in early 2020 because the TV presenter came out as gay.

Phillip looked in jovial spirits as he donned a navy jacket and white shirt to pose with his whole family, while Stephanie, 57, wore a red top and slouchy black suit.
Ruby wore grey jeans and a black jumper while Molly sparkled in a silver jacket as she stood with a male companion.
Also at the star-studded launch were Keith Lemon and his wife Jill Carter as well as Emma Bunton and her husband Jade Jones.

Fred Sireix also made a dapper appearance, rocking a grey three-piece suit and cream tie for the occasion.
Phil tied the knot at Ackergill Tower on 29 March 1993 and went on to have daughters Molly and Ruby with Stephanie.
