Earlier this year, Rosie vowed to do 10 hours of yoga a day for a health and fitness challenge and said that she's never felt better.
'THE ROSIE PROJECT! As part of my 2021 decision to rise up and be my best self, I've taken on the challenge of 200hrs of yoga this month,' Rosie wrote in a post as she did some yoga poses.
'That's 10 hours per day! I have one week to go and the transformation has been extraordinary.'
She finished, saying: 'Body, mind and soul.'

Rosie was last in a relationship with Alex Daly, and was were together for at least 11 months last year.
However, it remains unclear if the pair are still together or not.
