A desperate Melbourne Instagram model has begged Premier Dan Andrews to lift Victoria's Covid restrictions so she can receive breast implants.
Bailey Scarlett, a popular influencer and bikini model, raised eyebrows on Thursday after revealing she'd sent Andrews a DM on Instagram asking him to 'hurry up and allow boob jobs'.
