'I just felt like I wanted to sleep and die a little bit, and you're expected to function as a normal human being because you can't tell anyone yet,' she said.

At about 25 weeks pregnant, the Go-To Skincare founder recalled being unable to walk during shooting pains in her hip area, which later became chronic at 32 weeks.

She said the pain was first thought to be Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (pain in the pelvic area during pregnancy), and tried treatments and workouts, but to no relief.

After giving birth, the beauty guru sought the help of an osteopath who diagnosed her with Osteitis Pubis, which is inflammation and degenerative changes in the pubic symphysis.
