Pregnant Millie Mackintosh counts down to her due date with sweet family snap

She has reached the final weeks of her second pregnancy. 

And Millie Mackintosh looked ready to pop as she posed with her husband Hugo Taylor and 18-month-old daughter Sienna in an Instagram post on Saturday. 

The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, shared the sweet snap which saw her and Hugo, 35, arm in arm while the tot was in her pushchair.  

Millie, who is expecting another girl, looked comfortable in a grey tracksuit which she paired with a black aviator jacket as they posed in the park. 

Hugo, meanwhile, wrapped up warm in a grey scarf and stripy jacket which he paired with sunglasses. 

The pair had dressed Sienna in an adorable pink padded jacket and a white hat. 

Millie captioned the adorable post: 'Our last photo as a family of 3.' 

She has been keeping her followers updated throughout her pregnancy journey, and penned a sweet tribute to her daughter on Thursday.   

Millie shared a snap of herself cradling Sienna in her arms with her growing baby bump visible. 

She wrote: 'To the little girl that changed my whole world. Sienna, the past 18 months have been the best of my life. 

'You are, and forever will be, my first baby. You made me a Mama and showed me what love really feels like, for that I will always be grateful. 

'You have taught me so much about life, slowing down and putting your needs and feelings before my own.

'Things are going to change soon, I'm nervous for the adjustment, but also so excited to see you as a big sister. 

'I might not be able to pick you up, carry you or play on the floor for a few weeks, but it's not because I love you any less. You might not remember but one day I hope you will understand.'

Millie said she needs Sienna to help her with 'the new addition to our family'
