She's currently starring the the SBS documentary series Could You Survive on the Breadline?

But Julie Goodwin is already preparing for her return to the arena that made her famous, when she stars in MasterChef: Foodies vs Favourites in 2022. 

'I'm quite petrified about it,' admitted the 51-year-old in an interview with Yahoo!Lifestyle on Saturday.

Goodwin won MasterChef's inaugural season back in 2009.

She will join fellow former winners such as Alvin Quah, Michael Weldon and Sarah Todd against 12 new amateur 'Foodies' in the forthcoming season.

Despite her worries, Julie admitted she is 'really interesting to see if my style will cut it these days in the MasterChef kitchen'.
