Earlier this year Kylie Gillies mourned the passing of her father Rob Mills at the age of 91.

Country road: Kylie Gillies, 54, this weekend took a road trip with her mother Marg to visit Tamworth, where Marg and her late husband Ron had lived for 60 years
The caption continued, 'Mum and I went all “Thelma & Louise” this weekend with a road trip to Tamworth ..my hometown and where Mum and Dad lived for 60 years.'
'It was Mum’s first trip back since 2018. It was great. Emotional but heart-warming.'
The family bonding comes after Gillies attended the No Time to Die movie premiere earlier this month with her rarely seen husband Tony.
The TV anchor looked stylish in a black frilly dress as she arrived at the event in Sydney.
