Phoebe also posed with her own daughter, Poppy, four, as she reflected on being both a mother and a daughter.
She wrote in a lengthy caption: 'On my mum's 60th I wanted to ponder the legacy of a mother. My mothers' love is a sacred place… it's always warm, nurturing, safe… it has always been 'home'. No matter my actual location.
'Being a mother now, I know raising any child is a gift… but I've found raising a daughter to be delicate, yet filled with fire.'
