Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were spotted together for the first time in months amid reports their 15-year marriage is heading toward divorce.
The 48-year-old actress sported a vintage T-shirt with leather leggings for a night out with her family at Ruth's Chris steakhouse in Woodland Hills on Saturday evening.
Spelling was joined by her five children and husband Dean, who has been absent from her social media platforms, annual family holiday card and Christmas decor as sources told E! News that Tori is preparing to file the paperwork to legally end their union.

'The marriage is over and has been for a very long time now,' the insider recently revealed. 'Tori has met with her lawyers and is planning to file very soon. She's trying to work it all out and make sure she is financially OK first.'
Tori and Dean are parents to Liam, 14, Stella, 13, Hattie, 10, Finn, nine, and Beau, four, and had allegedly tried to stay together for the sake of their brood.
The pair seemed to put on a united front as they left the trendy eatery together with their brood, with Dean carrying a red to-go bag.
