Eamonn Holmes looked unrecognisable in a throwback snap shared to Instagram on Saturday.

The presenter, 61, looked incredibly dapper as he posed in a suit outside a church in Belfast with his two brothers Leonard and Brian.

Eamonn captioned the rare picture: 'See previous post...Same 3 brothers 1978 L-R Eamonn 18 , Leonard 22 , Brian 17.'

Baby faced Eamonn looked handsome as he stood shoulder to shoulder with his brothers.

However, the former This Morning presenter hasn't lost his dapper style and boyish charm.

He shared another more recent snap with his 748K Instagram followers of the brothers enjoying a pint together.

The men beamed at the camera as they warmed up in a bar on a cold day in their native Belfast.

Eamonn captioned the post: 'Freezing Day . Nothing for it than to hit the pub in Belfast with 2 of the brothers. Cheers.'

The TV personality has been openly documenting his health battles after suffering a dislocated pelvis and three slipped disks in his back in March.

He has told that recovery is like 'learning to walk again', as he continued to depend on crutches and walking aids in order to walk.

Detailing his pain during an episode of Loose Women in April, Eamonn said: 'Thanks for asking me because obviously no one else is bothered to ask or wonders, I don't like to complain, but it's three slipped discs.

'Actually I have to come on here with a crutch, that's the way I am at the moment.

'Honestly the thing about this, we can sit about me and I've got steroid injections and everything is ok and hopefully I'll be ok, but for me it's amazing to see how many of you are suffering from chronic pain, doesn't matter if you're a man, woman, young old.'

He went on to say: 'I couldn't sleep at night, lying there at night while Ruth was sound asleep next to me and it was awful, it was honestly awful.
