Elyse Knowles and fiancé Josh Barker have purchased their second property in Byron Bay, just 500 metres away from their current home.
The previous owner purchased the home for $2.2 million in August last year.
The 1990s property has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan, split-level living and kitchen space.
