As Lindsay was fast becoming a huge star in Hollywood with hits like Freaky Friday under her belt, the rumor mill went into overdrive that she was dating fellow teen star Aaron Carter in 2003.
In a 2005 interview, Aaron confirmed the romance, and explained how he left Hilary Duff for Linday, saying: 'I just got a little bored [with Duff], so I went and I started getting to know Lindsay, dating Lindsay.'

Her first big public relationship was with That 70s' Show star Wilmer Valderrama, and the pair even made their romance red carpet official during their time together.
In 2004, Lindsay told Howard Stern that Wilmer was her 'first guy' and that 'he's a good guy.' Wilmer would go on to date Demi Lovato for six years before they split up in 2016.
2006 - Stavros Niarchos

2006 - Harry Morton
Moving swiftly on, Lindsay then dated restauranteur Harry Morton, who was later romantically linked to Demi Moore and Britney Spears.
Harry, who founded the Pink Taco restaurant chain, died at age 38 in 2019. Lindsay made a heartfelt post after his death with a throwback image of the pair and a caption: 'Best friends. Best life.'
