'I'm singing to Taylor Swift on a Bluetooth karaoke machine. Alone. And sober.'
She added in a further post: 'Two more shows after this one and I'm back in studio and straight outta iso.'
Chrissie has also been on a weight loss journey, and was looking slimmer than ever in selfies shared on Tuesday.
