This week he announced he passed his pilot's exam - on his fourth try.

And now Tommy Little is looking for flying companions, taking to Instagram to put the call out for brave souls willing to join him in the skies.

'Please comment below if you’d like to come flying with me because so far I have very few takers…' read his message.

While there were very few takers in the comments, Paralympian Dylan Alcott did make a very off-colour joke.
