'There's definitely a lot of rooms I'm going to miss,' Avati said.

'Especially the bar, which you have to enter by a trapdoor. I've also got a 2mx2m marble Roman steam shower, which I love.'

The funnyman said his transformation of the interior of the home 'took about 16 months, and then another six months of refining'.

Avati's property includes memorabilia from his world tours, including artwork from London, New York and Paris, and 'bits and pieces' for his bar from Chicago.
