Italian-Australian comedian Joe Avati is listing his modern Carlton North pad for sale as he plans to tour overseas with his family by his side.
Avati, 47, purchased the classy Victorian home in 2013 and completely redesigned its interior over the next two years, reports realestate.com.au.
The entertainer's 481 Lygon Street house is being listed with Nelson Alexander Kew with a price guide of $3.2million to $3.5million.

'There's definitely a lot of rooms I'm going to miss,' Avati said.
'Especially the bar, which you have to enter by a trapdoor. I've also got a 2mx2m marble Roman steam shower, which I love.'
The funnyman said his transformation of the interior of the home 'took about 16 months, and then another six months of refining'.
Avati's property includes memorabilia from his world tours, including artwork from London, New York and Paris, and 'bits and pieces' for his bar from Chicago.
