Married At First Sight star Elizabeth Sobinoff shed an impressive 10 kilograms from her slender frame last year. 

And on Wednesday, the beauty flaunted her toned and tanned torso as she posed in racy lingerie on Instagram. 

Lizzie stripped down to a maroon bra and underwear set from Victoria's Secret highlighting her svelte figure.

The reality TV star put one hand on her hip as she highlighted her massive tattoo collection in the image. 

'Christmas is around the corner. Which means it's time to celebrate! To spoil yourself or a loved one! Victoria's Secret has me feeling special!' she wrote. 

The star then went on to promote the American lingerie giant's store at Chadstone, in Melbourne.

Last year, Elizabeth told WHO magazine that she follows the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve one's metabolism and result in weight loss.

The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 per cent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week. 

In addition, Elizabeth said she works out several times a week to reduce stress.
