Carol Vorderman was left aghast on Tuesday as a pal mistook Lady Gaga for her in an Instagram post.
The stunning former Countdown host, 60, declared 'I wish' as her hair and make-up artist Alexis Day posted a snap of 35-year-old Gaga's recent stunning British Vogue cover and compared it to a classic 80s snap of the star with a bob.
Gaga's cover saw the star wow with a raven streaked bob, with Carol seemingly rocking the style first.

Carol simply responded: 'I wish!'.
