Tom Sandoval is currently feuding with Katie Maloney over her involvement in his new restaurant on the latest season of Vanderpump Rules.
And although Katie dramatically walked away from the project on the latest episode of the show, Tom has now indicated that she may have inserted herself into the situation for a storyline.
During an appearance on No Filter with Zack Peter this week, Tom said that Katie called him out of the blue before filming started for the new season to see if she could tell producers that she was going to help out with the bar, which he was launching with her boyfriend Tom Schwartz.

'I'm getting ready to go meet with production,' Katie allegedly told Tom over the phone.
'I just wanted to see if it's cool if I tell them that I might help out in the office or take some phone calls or maybe help train some staff.'
Sandoval said that he was a little surprised by the request as they were still way off from opening, but he agreed as he knew that she needed to be involved for the show.
'I understand what she was asking,' he told Zack. 'Like, "I know you guys are gonna be filming and talking about this, and I wanna be able to film".'
When asked by Zack if Katie was trying to 'piggyback' off his storyline, Sandoval gave a cryptic answer.
'I don't know, but I can tell you that it's always great when you're involved with more things because then you can film more, that's the way it is,' he said.
