Amy Dowden has posted a sweet tribute to her dance partner Tom Fletcher and his family as she continues to recover from a health scare.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional, 31, was forced to miss Saturday's live show after spending the evening in hospital following a 'flare-up' from Crohn's disease.
She has been cared for by her Strictly partner Tom and his wife Giovanna at their home, and shared a positive update on her recovery on Thursday.

Amy posted a photo on Instagram of Tom and Giovanna's three sons Buzz, seven, Buddy, five, and Max, three giving her a group hug as she relaxed on the sofa at the family home.
'The Fletcher family had taken me in and treated me as one of their own and no words will EVER describe how truly thankful I am!' Amy gushed in the caption.
'These hugs are certainly the best medicine! Thank you again for all the lovely messages I’ve received. Certainly feeling like my chatty self again and drinking far too much tea and my feet are itching to dance!! @mrsgifletcher @tomfletcher.'
In another post on Tuesday Amy again thanked fans for their supportive messages after Tom and Giovanna stepped in to take care of her following the flare-up.

Giovanna gave a further update on Amy's condition during her appearance on Wednesday's Good Morning.
She said: 'She is good. She was sat on the sofa last night. The colour is back in her cheeks.
'She has still got her hot water bottle and every now and then you can see she is in pain. People with Crohn's are living with pain. But it is nice to see the pink going back into her cheeks.
Sisterly support: Amy's twin Becky has also been visiting the dancer, helping her sister to style her hair on Wednesday
'We absolutely adore her. For us it is not a Strictly curse. We have actually gained a new member.'
Later that morning Amy shared a further update with her fans, writing: 'Can't get over all the love and well wishes I've received, thank you so much! Definitely feeling more like Amy.'
On Monday Amy took to Instagram to share a series of pictures from her unexpected weekend with the Fletchers after being hospitalised.

The TV star told how her fiancé Ben Jones was working away, so Tom and their co-star Sara Davies rushed to be by her side after she fell ill.
Sharing photos from her hospital bed, Amy wrote: 'Thanks for the all messages over the weekend.
'Unfortunately, I was missing from the show as I had an unexpected Crohn's flare up and hospital admission in which I received unbelievable care.

'I'm recovering very well and certainly being well looked after and look forward to returning to the dance floor.
