The heartwarming tale of an Arizona grandmother who accidentally invited a teenager to Thanksgiving is now being turned into a Netflix movie.
Back in 2016, Wanda Dench sent a text to who she thought was her grandson, but was really a high school senior named Jamal Hinton.
After a humorous text exchange, he asked if he could 'still get a plate,' which started a Thanksgiving tradition that entered its sixth year a few weeks ago.
