Aaron Carter has claimed that he is 'trapped' inside his bedroom because his ex-fiancée Melanie Martin will not leave.
The former pop star and rapper sparked concern this week after announcing their split in a lengthy Twitter rant just one week after she gave birth to their son Prince Lyric Carter.
Carter, 33, said he believed that Melanie - who he had accused of 'betraying' him by speaking to his estranged sister Angel Carter - was trying to place him under a conservatorship, which she has denied.

'I'm literally trapped inside my own bed room because my ex will not leave my house,' Carter tweeted in the early hours of Friday morning from his home in Lancaster, California.
In a series of social media posts Thursday and Friday, the brother of Nick Carter was seen eating Ossetra Caviar while watching television, and also told fans he 'needed some TLC.'
In another post, he posed with his son Prince while wearing a hoodie, with the caption: 'Daddy's boy.'

Carter announced the break-up on Tuesday via a lengthy Twitter rant, claiming Melanie had 'deceived' him by 'communicating' with his twin sister Angel.
'Due to personal reason Melanie Martin and I have decided to go our separate ways,' the I Want Candy singer wrote at 1:58 a.m. on Tuesday.
'There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless.'

He added: 'I have the most conniving deceiving family and Melanie has been lying to me the whole time communicating with my twin sister and the family members who tried to put me in prison and who tried to get a conservatorship on me in court. I’m in shocked this is horrible.'
Melanie gave birth to their son in an emergency Cesarean section last Monday after a 13-hour labor.
On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Aaron believes his family are now 'actively working to place him under a conservatorship.'
