A Sam Smith fan was left dumbfounded on Friday after the singer's entourage told her to 'f*ck off' when she attempted to say hello to the 29-year-old star.
In a video that has since gone viral with over one million views on TikTok, the girl can be seen running up to the group on Oxford Street saying: 'Sam Smith, I love you'.
One of Sam's friends then appears to approach the camera and say: 'Shut the f**k up, you dumb b*tch.'

Sam's fan appeared stunned by the response as she said while filming on her phone: 'What the actual f**k? I just wanted to say hi.'
In another clip, another person appears to tell her to 'shut up' as she replies: 'Don't tell me to shut up, I love you Sam Smith'.
The star doesn't appear to respond to the girl but is seen in the background of the video with a dark moustache.
Sam's representatives declined to comment on the video when approached by MailOnline.

The apparent altercation comes after Sam recently reflected on their decision to come out as non-binary last September.
The Stay With Me hitmaker said although it has been 'wonderful', the decision was also 'more of a struggle' than expected due to 'all the backlash'.
Speaking candidly to James Corden on The Late Late Show, the singer said it has been 'really hard' to see the 'amount of people that are still so unsupportive of gender non-conforming people and trans people'.
