Shirley Ballas has been slammed after praising deaf Rose Ayling-Ellis for 'blocking the noise out' during her performance on Saturday night's Strictly Come Dancing.
The judge, 61, made the error as she critiqued the EastEnders star's dance with her professional partner Giovanni Pernice.
She told Rose, whose dance followed Nancy Xu and Rhys Stephenson's: 'Before Rhys went on before you there was lots of noise, clapping.
