Bachelor star Irena Srbinovska revealed details on her heartbreaking miscarriage with Locky Gilbert last year, during an Instagram Q&A session with fans on Monday.
The 32-year-old, who first announced the devastating news in a joint interview with Locky for Who magazine in July, said that while it's 'obviously a very hard topic' to talk about, it's important for other women to know that they are not alone.
Irena also praised Locky, 31, for being her 'rock' in getting her through the difficult time.

When asked by an Instagram follower if she could talk about her miscarriage, Irena began: 'This is obviously a very hard topic to talk about for many and something that I haven't really spoken about very much publicly.'
Irena said it's been almost a year since her miscarriage, and at the time, thought she was feeling sick from 'stress from moving to Perth' and her dad being unwell.
'I ended up in hospital twice and it was hard going through it with only Locky to support me. He was my rock. He cared for me, looked after me, and helped me through it,' she wrote.

The nurse went on to say that with 'one in five pregnancies ending in miscarriage', it's 'more common than most of us realise'.
Irena said that with many women 'suffering in silence', it's important to 'break the stigma and the pressure on women'.
'Women are amazing and so too are our partners that also suffer the loss too,' she concluded.
