Davina Rankin has revealed what she really thinks about her new chest, after undergoing breast implant removal surgery.
The Married At First Sight star went under the knife to remove her 12-year-old implants late last month, after suffering for years with an illness known as 'implant illness'.
Speaking to fans during an Instagram Story Q&A on Monday, the 29-year-old admitted she was worried about removing a part of her body that once gave her so much confidence.

'I was actually preparing myself for the worst. Before I had implants, I had like, no boobs. So I was preparing myself for, like, a concave chest, basically,' the mother-of-one confessed.
'And my doctor was very straight forward with me. He's like, 'It's not really going to be pretty at all to begin with, and you might be a bit sad and a bit disappointed. They might look a bit scary, they might be lopsided',' she recalled.
Luckily, Davina was pleasantly surprised by outcome of her explant surgery.

'When I got my [surgical] drains out and got to see them for the first time... it didn't look like I'd actually had implants!' she enthused, adding: 'I didn't have overly saggy skin. There was no stretch marks.'
The former Zoo magazine covergirl said she's convinced her new breasts are actually bigger than they were prior to getting implants, likely due to breast feeding and age-related body changes.
