Tristan Thompson is trying to silence the woman who has allegedly given birth to his third child in their ongoing paternity lawsuit.
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed court documents last week that alleged Khloe Kardashian's on/off boyfriend got Texas personal trainer Maralee Nichols pregnant in March while they were still together.
Now, TMZ reports that the 30-year-old NBA star has filed an emergency petition on Tuesday in Harris County, Texas, asking the judge to issue a gag order in the case.

The legal order would ban all parties involved - himself and Maralee, 31, - from discussing any details from the case as it plays out in court.
Per the report, Tristan has pointed out several instances where he believes Maralee has already violated what he is claiming to be a confidentiality order, that was granted orally by a judge in an earlier case.
Meanwhile, Tristan's ex Khloe, 37, - who has so far stayed silent on the matter - got back to work on Tuesday as she promoted her new line of clothes for her brand Good American on Instagram.

Per legal documents obtained by TMZ, the basketball star claims that Maralee has conducted interviews and leaked personal information via social media to spread what he claims are falsehoods about the situation.
He also claims Snapchat messages that she claimed were from the NBA star had been 'fabricated.'
Tristan alleges in the suit that Maralee is trying ''to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit.'
He reportedly also wants a judge to make Maralee hand over a $30,000 bond to ensure she has the sufficient funds if she breaks the confidentiality order.
