Twiggy says she continues to push herself outside of her comfort zone as she feels it's important to challenge her insecurities in a candid new interview.
The iconic model, 72, who launched a podcast last year, has been working in the fashion and entertainment industry since 1966, but she admitted to Good Housekeeping she still gets insecure despite her success and experience.
Posing for a stunning shoot for the magazine, she insists it's 'good for us all' to push our limits but says people must be 'brave enough to do it' - and added that women should be able to wear what they like at any age.

She told the January issue of Good Housekeeping: 'They say, "If you’re 30, you should wear this," and, "if you’re 40, you should wear this," – I think that’s a load of rubbish. Find your style and go for it.
'I think it’s good for us all to do that. You’ve just got to be brave enough to do it!
On her career, she added: 'I remember when I got asked to do my first Broadway show, My One And Only, the director Tommy Tune rang me up and I said, "No, I can’t do that!"
