She said during the discussion: 'My best friend has been unfailingly optimistic, resilient - it means everything to have that friendship. I started a business with her in March and the support we’ve had from each other has been immense.'
The former model also quipped: 'I’d love to be best friends with Carrie, just because of the wardrobe shares!'
Rachel meanwhile opted for a sophisticated black shirt and matching flared trousers as she posed in front of the floral backdrop.
