Kel Mitchell is opening up about a unique time in his life - when he went celibate for three years at the height of his career in his 20s.

The 43-year-old actor shot to fame starring in Nickelodeon's All That alongside Kenan Thompson, who he starred in the 1997 movie Good Burger with. 

The comedian was promoting his new book Blessed Mode: 90 Days to Level Up Your Faith, which was published earlier this month, when he opened up about his three years of celibacy in an interview with Page Six.

Mitchell was just 15 when he landed the role of Ed in the Nickelodeon series All That, which lead to the actor sleeping with a lot of women in his 20s.
