He may have hung up his boots as Bond, but Daniel Craig has been awarded the same Order as his 007 character in the 2022 New Year's Honours list, released on Friday.
The actor, 53, has been made a companion of the Order of St Michael and St George- the same gong the famous spy agent was bestowed in the novels by Ian Fleming.
Daniel is being awarded for his services to film and theatre- with the title usually only reserved for senior diplomats and spies.
