Susie Dent has discussed new Countdown host Anne Robinson's impact on the Channel 4 show as a widely reported 'feud' between her and Rachel Riley continues off-camera.
Rachel and Anne are understood to have not seen eye to eye since she joined the show, but the math's whizz has played down reports of a rift while admitting the show has 'a different vibe' since the new host took the reins.
Show regular Susie, who stars in Dictionary Corner on the Channel 4 show, appeared on Sunday Brunch with Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy and revealed what is was like to have a new compere.

Discussing Anne's impact during her appearance on the weekend breakfast show, she said that Anne is a 'great interviewer' and gets a lot out of the contestants.
She said: 'Every host brings something different to the show, and I was thinking about this.
'One thing I’m really noticing with her kind of, under her reign, is we get these mini-interviews that we didn’t have before.'
