Abigail Breslin answered back Monday after a social media user made a nasty remark about her wearing a face mask, less than a year after she lost her father Michael Breslin to COVID-19.
The Oscar-nominated actress, 25, took to Instagram Monday with a shot of herself and others on a ride - captioned 'Vegas, Baby' - as she was the only person wearing a mask.
Breslin put up another post Monday - after an Instagram user posted the comment, 'Who's the pathetic loser wearing a mask?' - in which she highlighted the comment and her response.

'That pathetic loser would be me, someone who lost their dad due to someone not wearing a mask and giving him Covid,' she said in response, adding, 'You can kindly go f*** off now.'
The exchange came less than two weeks after Breslin took to Instagram on Christmas Eve with an emotional post about the holiday after her father's death at the age of 78 in February of 2021.
'Merry Christmas eve everyone!' the New York City native said. 'I'm not gonna lie. This is a weird one for me. My first holiday season sans my dada.'
Breslin said that while she's 'thankful' and 'truly blessed' to spend the holiday with her mother, brother, friends and boyfriend, the first holiday season without her father was challenging.
