His sighting with his children comes after he told a heartwarming story on The Kelly Clarkson Show about the time Violet and Seraphina met Taylor Swift.
Ben admitted they 'clam up' at times while meeting famous people and were left speechless when they were introduced to Taylor.
Their father had to beg them: 'We came all the way here, it's Taylor Swift, say something!' and then assure the pop act: 'I'm telling you they're fans.'
Ben wound up in a bit of hot water when he appeared on the Howard Stern Show in December and made viral remarks about his marriage to Jennifer.

The Last Duel actor, who has been candid about his past struggles with alcohol, said he 'probably still would've been drinking' had he not split from her.
'Part of why I started drinking was because I was trapped,' said Ben, whom Jennifer famously drove to rehab when he relapsed years after their separation.
'I was like: "I can't leave because of my kids, but I'm not happy, what do I do?" And what I did was drank a bottle of scotch and fell asleep on the couch, which turned out not to be the solution,' the heartthrob dished.
