Jackie 'O' Henderson shed an incredible 10kg in just a few months last year after signing on to WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) as a celebrity ambassador.
And the KIIS FM radio star, 46, has vowed to continue her weight loss efforts in 2022.
'After losing 10 kilos and maintaining the weight loss, I'm continuing my journey without compromise, and I've decided my goal this new year is to lose a few more kilos,' the mother-of-one told Woman's Day magazine on Monday.

Jackie is also hoping to maintain her new-found sense of confidence after dropping several dress sizes last year.
'I've also noticed my self-confidence has increased dramatically, my clothes fit better – it doesn't feel like such a squeeze!' she said.
'I also try to not be so hard on myself. I learned to love my curves and focus on feeling good and being healthy,' she added.

Since joining the program, Jackie has been following a strict, yet nutritionally balanced, meal plan.
Describing her healthy day on a plate, Jackie told Woman's Day she prefers to eat savoury food for breakfast, such as chicken or vegetable soup.

For lunch, she'll have a turkey burger or Cruskits with ham, cottage cheese and tomato, while dinner typically consists of fish and vegetables or poached chicken.
For snacks, the mother of one has swapped unhealthy options for nuts and yoghurt.
