Brock Davies proposed to Scheana Shay on the balcony of their Los Angeles apartment on Tuesday's episode of Vanderpump Rules on Bravo.
The 30-year-old personal trainer after signing a 35-page prenuptial agreement dropped to a knee as he emotionally asked Scheana, 36, to marry him.
Once the document was signed, Brock blindfolded Scheana and led her through their apartment onto the balcony. The floor was covered with white and red rose petals and he had set up a gold and white balloon arch that said 'Marry Me'.

'You make me the best and I don't want to do anything without you ever,' said Brock while holding Scheana's hands. 'You are the best Mom. You are the best girlfriend and I want to make you the best wife.'
Scheana giggled as Brock got down on a knee and asked, 'Honey, will you be my wife?'
'Of course,' Scheana replied.
Brock and Scheana both had their attorneys along with a notary come to their apartment building to witness them sign and fingerprint the prenup. Scheana said during the signing that she didn't do a prenup for her first marriage.

She said there was an addiction problem and that when her trust was broken she realized it wasn't a marriage she wanted to continue. Her ex-husband Michael Shay initially didn't want to get divorced, but she offered to split her bank account and then he agreed, Scheana said.
'I definitely learned a big lesson,' she said. 'No matter how much you love someone and they love you there is always a risk that you could lose everything and I just don't want to take that risk again.'
After Brock put the ring on Scheana's finger she stared at it and said that it was big.

Scheana's mother Erika came out and brought their child Summer to them.
Brock told her that the only time he thought they had to get married was basically during James and Raquel's engagement weekend. Scheana said she didn't want to take anything from James and Raquel and didn't even think she would wear her engagement ring at their event.

Brock then laid out his idea about them sneaking away from the engagement party and secretly getting married. Brock said Tom Sandoval was ordained and could marry them in secret. Scheana agreed to go along with the plan.
'No one can know,' Scheana said.
The episode titled 'Between Brock And A Hard Place' started with James, 29, and Raquel, 26, excitedly getting ready for their destination engagement party at a vineyard in Santa Ynez. They both shared that they were being extra careful and took COVID tests before they headed up to wine country.

'I've never paid for so much alcohol in my life and not been able to drink any of it,' James told Raquel as they packed for the trip.
James said that he was most excited to see their moms together and getting along. With his mother now sober and his own sobriety, James hoped that they could all just press the restart button and get along.
Raquel said she wasn't worried about their families getting along, but was more concerned about what happened between James and Brock. James said that Brock was out of line for trying to give him advice.

'I'm sorry but I don't need to be getting advice from f***ing Brock,' James said. 'He was clueless. That's how I look at Brock, big and clueless.'
Raquel said he was coming from a good place but his delivery was way off.
Meanwhile, Brock held an elaborate photo shoot for his Homebody Live Fitness start-up, which he said was like 'Only Fans but for the health and fitness space.' Brock said he couldn't afford to get models, so his pals helped him out and posed for the shoot.

Brock told Tom Sandoval, 38, that James was going to DJ music for the photo shoot, but backed out and told him that he was sick. Scheana said to the others that James needed to get better about talking about his feelings.
'James needs to get his anger under control,' Scheana said in a confessional. 'He can't blame it on the alcohol anymore so he just lashes out at the people he is closest to.'
