Iconic entertainer Bert Newton died last October at the age of 83.
And his grieving widow Patti, 76, shared a previously unseen image of her late husband to Instagram on Tuesday.
In the uncaptioned and undated photo, Bert smiled happily for the camera while reclining in his hospital bed.

The post comes after Bert's daughter Lauren Newton revealed how the family was coping following his death from health complications on October 30.
In a joint interview with her mother Patti for Monday's Woman's Day, Lauren, 42, said she was focusing on moving forward for the sake of her six children.
'We're falling apart, but we're doing the best we can. You have to keep going with little kids around, so it's a good distraction,' she said.
