Rapper Gunna pulled off quite the surprising upset by beating out The Weeknd's highly-anticipated album on the Billboard 200 album charts.

Both Gunna's album, DS4Ever, and The Weeknd's Dawn FM, debuted on January 7, with both artists giving fans less than a week of advanced notice of the album's release, with no physical CD copies available for several weeks.

Gunna's album debuted with 150,300 equivalent album units, just barely beating out The Weeknd's Dawn FM, which tallied 148,000 equivalent album units.
