Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton has revealed she's feeling more confident than ever after losing two stone in weight over the past four months.
The former CBB star, 38, who now works for the Body Shop, admitted she put on three stone during lockdown in 2020 but with the help of a diet plan and personal training sessions she has dropped at least two dress sizes and is down to a size 10.
Speaking to New Magazine, the mum of one admitted she was 'embarrassed' that her weight had crept up, but is now living a much healthier lifestyle.

'I felt really down about it, but my confidence now is great,' she told the magazine. 'Not only have I lost nearly two stone, I feel healthier, too.'
Speaking about her lockdown weight gain, Chantelle added: 'All of a sudden I just thought, "How did I get this big?" With lockdown, I was eating rubbish and not moving as much as I would normally. I felt really embarrassed.'
Chantelle has been following the MuscleFood Goal Getters Super Slimmer meal plan with food delivered straight to her door.

She has combined the three healthy meals a day with regular PT sessions, swimming and boxing.
Her weight loss has even inspired Chantelle to date again after a year of being single.
In September 2021 the star revealed that she split from her fiancé Michael Strutt in January 2021 after their whirlwind romance fizzled out during lockdown.
