Rachel Stevens admitted it's 'frustrating and scary' being forced to miss her debut skate on Dancing On Ice this weekend after fracturing her wrist.
The S Club 7 star, 43, sustained the injury during a training session before Christmas, but insisted it is healing 'really really well.'
In an exclusive interview, the songstress voiced her gratitude at still being able to partake in the competition despite the 'wobbles' she's encountered along the way.

'I've had my wobbles for sure. When I take on something, I want to give it my everything.
'It's been frustrating and scary but at the same time, Brendyn [Hatfield] has been so amazing and the team around me have been so supportive and I've had amazing medical advice.
'We've done everything we can off ice. We've been working so hard so fingers crossed when I'm back on I can just give it my everything,' she said.

Recalling how the injury occurred, Rachel continued: 'I actually wasn't with Brendyn at the time, I was with my coach. I fell quite a few times, obviously as you do, and you're trying to push yourself.
'I just fell and it hurt, and obviously I didn't know what I'd done. After that, I had incredible support, went and got an X-ray done and I've had amazing medical advice.
'It's healing really really well, I'm just so grateful to still be in it. I cannot wait to get back on.'

Rachel's children, Amelie, 11 and seven-year-old Minnie have already earned the titles of her biggest fans, but have not been afraid to put some pressure on their hardworking mum.
'They watched on Sunday night and they are just so excited now. They were putting serious pressure on me - they were like "Mummy you have to beat…!" and I was like "b****y hell!"' Rachel regaled.
