Andrew Garfield has paid tribute to his late friend and co-star Heath Ledger on the 14th anniversary of his death.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, Andrew recalled how the Australian actor died at the age of 28 halfway through production of their film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus in 2008.
The Spider-Man star, 38, described Heath as 'an incredible artist and a gift to the world'.

Andrew made the comments while talking about the late composer Jonathan Larson, whom he plays in the new musical drama Tick, Tick... Boom!
He stressed the importance of telling stories about people who have died, adding: 'It keeps their spirit here with us no matter if they die at 35 or 80.'
