Former Bachelorette star Angie Kent has slammed the overwhelmed health care system in Australia, after her elective surgery for an undisclosed condition was cancelled.

Speaking on her podcast Two Girls, One Pod this week, the 30-year-old vented her frustration at her surgery being postponed because of the pandemic.

Angie said her planned surgery was cancelled due to her being a close contact of her mother who had Covid-19, and said she's in 'a lot of pain'.
