And this week the reality TV stars from Chrisley Knows Best told DailyMail.com that they feel better than ever now that they are on the same meal plan.
'It truly has been something that we've bonded over,' Todd, 52, shared. 'It has made us closer because it's something that we talk about.'

The Georgia native then said: 'And it's kind of like a competition. Anyone that watches our show knows that the Chrisleys are hugely competitive. So, it's turned into a competition now between the two of us.'
Julie, 49, also said, 'I think Todd and I consider ourselves partners in everything we do. So to be able to incorporate Nutrisystem and be one other thing that we're partners with, I think is amazing. '
The blonde beauty said of her husband of 25 years, 'When you've been married as long as we have, I think anytime you can partner with your partner and do something that's going to benefit both of you, I think it's a win-win.'

Julie added: 'I think we are each other's biggest motivator and we have been for many, many years.'
And Todd also shared that he feels Julie's new 'confidence' has made her 'sexier.'
'It has to do with her self-confidence,' began Todd.
'It has to do with the fact that for the first time, I think in forever, she's starting to place herself at the front of the line. And that has changed her. It's a great change. It's a sexy change.'

He then pointed out how their relationship has evolved: 'When you are 18, 22, you're looking at this woman and you're thinking, "Wow, she's so sexy." When you are 53 and you look at your wife that you've had these kids with and you still say, "Wow, she's sexy," but you're looking at it from a different angle.
'It's through her self-confidence and I think that that has been the biggest change.'
And Julie told DailyMail.com that she was thrilled to help Todd with the plan.
'I have been doing this for a while and then Todd jumped on the train,' Julie shared. 'I will help him get his breakfast and make sure he grabs his snacks. I like being there for him,' she added.

And she said the Nutrisystem food appeals to them, which helps them stay on the plan. 'I love the ice cream sandwiches because they remind me of when I was a kid,' she laughed. 'And it does not taste like diet ice cream, it's delicious.'
